We needed a bed quickly (My mother-in-law comes tomorrow) and my actual antique bed didnt work. So, we ordered this, and it was delivered quickly (Thanks, !). Unfortunately, I didnt get ANY instructions for assembly. When I reached out to customer support, they said that this has become an issue with this company and theyve had a lot of customer complaints about no instructions being sent.
Luckily, another reviewer had posted a photo of the instructions that they received and we were able to enlarge that photo and work from it. Once we got the instructions, the bed was relatively easy to put together! It seems sturdy (Ill update if anything happens in my mother-in-laws visit. I saw some reviewers say that it is slick and your mattress will slide off. Thats true, but there is are 4 parts left over at the end of the instructions, and (we believe) that they are used to hold the mattress in place. Thats what we used them for.
I also loathe the color of the bed (I know I picked it out, but everyone else raved about it). I feel like my guest bedroom looks like a prison room! eeek! Im probably going to take some gold or copper spray paint to it after my mother-in-laws visit to gussy it up a bit.
