These cabinets arrived in excellent shape. Even though the outer box was a little rough from transport, the interior packaging was in great shape. They even had the entire product inside protected with sheet all around. I was very impressed with the cabinets. They assembled easily. You just have to read carefully and take your time putting them together. The instructions were accurate, easy to understand, and straight forward. There were no surprises and thats good when assembling anything. No, I havent received anything from the company. I paid for my cabinets.
