Love the frame, but missing parts made assembly a hassle
for manufacturing issues on this frame. Honestly overall, its a great quality and value. Love the clean and simple look. But like others, I was also missing the threaded inserts in 2 of the primary frame horizontals, and customer service was unhelpful. Apparently they can send bolts, but not the inserts the bolts are supposed to screw into. So I was left with trying to pack this thing back up (after my son decided the packaging was his new favorite toy) and waiting a month for to un-backorder it, or finding the parts myself. I opted for the latter. For those who run into this same issue, this is the threaded insert -
M8-1.25 Metric E-Z Hex Threaded Insert for Soft Wood Flanged; .51 in. length. Link below if it doesnt get removed:
