Missing Parts and Manufacturer shifts responsiblity to shipper/seller
Its fine. The product itself seemed strong, however, the Manufacturer neglected to enclose all the parts necessary to complete the frame. I called and they told me was responsible for delivering all the parts. OK, but this is a prepackaged kit, prepared by , no lose parts, all sealed on one piece of cardboard, plastic sealed kit. The Manufacturer did not make the package correctly. I followed the instructions on to return the item, they indicated the missing or broken parts should be gotten from . What kind of Company makes a product wrong and doesnt fix the problem. I expect all these box frame parts will be missing the correct number of screws to complete the setup. I dont do business with a company who doesnt stand by their product and the quality of it. should take lessons on Customer Satisfaction and should stop selling an inferior product. Their representative sounded like he was still in bed and working from home. Its a no win situation.
