HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!! Terrible delivery experience and it had something broken internally in one of the seats which we realized after a few days (not surprising based on their roughness unloading the boxes). Waiting for a replacement delivery. However the couch is BEAUTIFUL and very large and comfortable. It is definitely low profile and we may look for slightly taller feet to make it a little easier for getting up and down off couch (bad knees). It seems to be made well and very sturdy. Highly recommend it. Modern, comfortable and great value
