My chair arrived much earlier than expected. LOVE it! Unfortunately, it is damaged, BUT the Customer Service team was extremely helpful. They were timely in their response to my concern. They have been easy to work with and offered solutions to my concerns. The chair design is fantastic. Most other chairs with the same design are much more expensive. I recommend this chair and appreciate the great customer service.
