I love this trampoline. A friend recommended it and I wasnt sure at first but then I put on some loud music and started. Sort of like running and dancing and elliptical. I can adjust the way I move to the music.its been great for lockdown. I was going to buy an elliptical but they were so expensive and didnt get great reviews. This is the best 100 I spent. I got my head rate up and burned about 100 calories every ten minutes. Im so glad I bought this!
