They responded to my issue very quickly. A cheap bed makes a room look bad. It was my hope that buying an inexpensive headboard could make the bed look better, and wow what a difference! To be clear this was pretty difficult to put together. Its possible if you take your time and make sure you follow the instructions to the word. It took me about 45 minutes working slowly. No tools come with it and I had to use my own glue on the dowels, but I would definitely buy again. I was worried by all the chipboard but the final product exceeds the low price. I have a happy daughter with a fancy bed
