ITS SO NICE. Im very picky with the tilt of my chairs and I also tend to sit with a leg up so I dont like completely armed chairs. Its now been close to a year of working from home in this chair and I couldnt be happier. AND I expected the material to scratch easily and it doesnt!! The casters could be better but Id rather buy new ones then settle for any other chair.
