I was so happy to receive this chair, based on all the excellent reviews. I am now returning the second chair. The chair is very comfy, however, my chair has a deep ridge that runs horizontally across the middle of the cushion that you sit on. This was very evident on the first chair that I exchanged, and thought that maybe I was given someones reject. I received the second chair a week ago, and although it is not as deep a crease as the first chair, it is still quite obvious. I was surprised that no one else seems to have this complaint. Feeling so disappointed!
