I was very indecisive on purchasing this due to some reviews but Im glad to say everything turned out perfectly with mine. It arrived on time and nothing was damaged or missing. It took me forty minutes from beginning to end to put together and twenty minutes of that was just getting it out of the box (it was really heavy and Im weak ). Its super sturdy and doesnt make any noise. I love it my bed fits perfectly, I got the full and my mattress is the perfect size.
