Assembled Quickly. The chair arrived damaged, all the ball bearings (save one) loosed out of the base. Evidence on package suggests severe impact damage. customer support shipped a replacement base that arrived 5 days later. The new base was clearly an upgrade, with an added bearing gasket to hold the bearings in between the plates. It was a slightly different size base, requiring pre/drilling for reusing the old 6 large screws. Now fixed, chair works well. A little frustrated there was so much work required for the price, but chair is comfortable. Last note/ cushion cant be removed for cleaning, it is seen into place; so cleaning crevices are a little more complicated. Still, a comfortable chair.
