Great customer service We bought this loft bed for our 9 year old daughter and its perfect for her so far! It was very straightforward to put together... my husband and I had it done in a couple hours no problems. I climbed up on it myself and it feels sturdy. Our daughter says its very comfy too! Highly recommend it!
