This shelf is visually unobtrusive so its a great option for when youre already working with a mix of furniture styles, or even if you just want to do something different. I was trying to bridge modern with vintage farmhouse and this worked perfectly. If its a little tall for your needs, you dont have to build it to full height, just stop at whatever level you like and use it as an end table (or even as a nightstand for a small space). The shelves hold more than youd think, construction is solid and though I normally avoid chrome, it looks good / and of course you can always paint the legs if you like. These also make a great bathroom stand for rol up towels, fancy bottles of goo, a plant, etc. Its incredibly versatile and well worth the cost. Mine had a screw piece broken so I contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately. Fantastic customer service / Ill make a point of buying from this manufacturer going forward.
