The first time I received this product in the mail, it was completely shattered in tiny pieces. Most likely it was the fault of the mail/delivery guy (my community often has problems with our mail and deliveries). However, I reported the issue and the seller shipped a replacement immediately. I received it very quickly, it was easy to put together, and its stylish, trendy, and classy. I am very pleased with this product and I will definitely be ordering from this company again!
