I got this item and it was first damaged and stained up on the white bench and the legs were wobbly and a couple of the black grippers were missing. I was more concerned with my white being stained pink though. I get the new bench sent 2 months later and the legs are now missing and I cannot assemble it. I had ALREADY sent back the previous bench. What does one do in this situation. The company customer reps are not responsive and are careless. s needs to dubetter. They do not care for their customers and send out poorly packaged products! it would have been super cute had it been properly packaged to avoid damaged and missing items.
