Instructions on the video you provided and the instructions on the sheet that arrived with the chair are both incorrect. You put your knees after base and grab both arms and pull towards you. Not the way they show you in the video and the instructions that came with it you might as well throw away. Makes no sense at all. Thats why I only gave it for Starz otherwise its a very nice unit Very easy to assemble!
