No screws, etc included with order to be able to put it together. One of the doors was slighty dented in. Called customer service explained that I was not going to repackage such a large item. They were very accommodating. Another piece was sent with instructions to use the hardware exchange door from the new item, then return. Once we were able to put it together, it is very nice attractive.
