Heads Up/ Arrived in Two Separate Packages With Just One Tracking Number
My girls were so excited for the triple bunk bed to arrive today but we just unpacked it all and there are no screws or instructions. And some of the pieces are missing.
UPDATE: A second package arrived the following day with the screws, instructions, and the final pieces of the bunk bed. We were really confused because we only received ONE tracking number and didnt realize it was being shipped in TWO separate packages that would arrive on separate days. We just put the bunkbed together and it looks great and our girls love it!
