All pieces there and has held up for 6 months plus with no issues, and even a couple adult guests in there a few nights. Only hard part of assembly was putting the slats in the bed. Not sure if it was by design, but they are really tight to put on, but worked in the end. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
