The umbrella was nicely packed in the box with no damage to report. Its 75 assembled with only a few parts to install including the metal base. This umbrella does not come with a weighted base which you will need to buy separately, unless you are bolting it down. Ive had the umbrella for only a few weeks, and I only have one concern and that the rotating assembly. The umbrella is weighty. Especially when fully extended and I feel the mechanism to rotate the umbrella may be the weak point. Its still working but I felt it slip on two occasions which has me a little worried.
