Fairly nice umbrella. Took me less than 5 minutes to assemble. I love that it is easy to move, which is why i chose not to get the weighted base. It was easy to rotate horizontally and vertically with little effort. The flaws were minor enough that i decided to keep it. There were about 7 tiny pin holes and the frame had gaps in the fabric. Hasnt rained yet so i dont know if it will be significant. As for stability, you can see slight movement from very mild wind, but not too bad. The strap to secure the umbrella is good but not as secure in the wind. I just used a strap to reinforce it. Only a couple dollars on . Overall, a decent umbrella compared to others i have had.
