Definitely a great buy! I was very happy w/ this purchase. I can see why people had some trouble putting it together. I recommend having someone help. Another tip that we figured out was placing the chair on a bend or ottoman to elevate the base while assembling the arms. It is still a little stiff, but I think that it will break in a bit. My dog has already stollen is as her people watching chair.
