Came in one box and was pretty easy to assemble even for someone that is not great with tools. Even in the box was able to get it down a very narrow stair case. Once assembled, very sturdy and looks great. It is on the firm side but still comfortable especially when you add pillows. Opens and closes easy no complaints very satisfied Worth it! She loves it.
