We bought this to go in a day spa. It has the perfect look. It looks so soft and plush and just fits right in with the look we are trying to create. This is not the most comfortable piece of furniture. Yo you certainly dont sink into it. It was very easy to put together. All the parts were organized very well and the instructions were easy. I am glad I watched the video up top. The top pieces lay down, either one side or the other can lay down independently. You just pull it forward and it clicks back to a lay down position. I wouldnt want to sleep on this. If that is what you are buying it for, your guest hopefully will like an uneven hard surface. We love it for what we are using it for so we are good with it:} Very good value.
