This bed was so much better than imagined. From the minute I opened the box I was impressed. Included with standard build materials was a ratchet with the key size needed, which made building the bed so fast and easy! No need to hurt your hands and struggle with an Allen key to build. I was also impressed that all of the styrofoam in the box was in plastic sleeves, so no little styrofoam beads floating around or clinging to the wood. Unlike a lot of furniture from , the wood itself was in perfect condition and very solid. Building the bed was very straightforward and quick. The instructions are just pictures, so they could be a little clearer with descriptions. This only became a problem once (the middle support beam is felt lined on one side to buffer the wooden slats, but the instructions dont specify which way it should face, I initially put the felt side down to buffer the metal supports and had to dis- and re-assemble). Other than that the assembly was very easy. This bed is very sturdy and quite good quality. I highly recommend this bed to anyone interested, and at the sale price, you really cant get the same quality anywhere else.
