Looks and feels great! I really didnt expect much for the low price, but I was pleasantly surprised. Unboxing we noticed the styrofoam pieces which protect it were wrapped in clear plastic bags. We couldnt understand why, but figured out that its so you dont get those pesky little Styrofoam bits everywhere. Ive never seen that before. Very nice touch!
The wood is solid and has a very nice finish. The bolts and recessed nuts are heavy and good quality. It comes with an Allen wrench, and even a great little Allen ratchet tool that Ill be using for other stuff for sure.
The assembly instructions are - no joke - the best Ive ever seen for a piece of furniture. Large diagrams, step by step, each step has a to scale diagram of which bolts, how many, and if washers are needed. It took two of us about 15 minutes to put together.
I only wish the headboard were a little taller. Once I put a mattress on, it will be mostly hidden.
