The sofa isnt the most comfortable. It is very firm and it doesnt have a thick layer of memory foam. The cushions look fluffy but they arent and you cant remove them. If you end up wanting to return the sofa, its best to directly contact the seller through that way they could provide you with a prepaid shipping label because otherwise just provides you with a return label where you will have to pay for shipping. The sofa ships in 2 different boxes so ask for 2 labels.
