Piece broke off, but customer service was incredible
When I purchased this product and put it together one of the pieces attaching the couch arm to the couch broke off and there was a small hole in the fabric at the back of the couch. I was pretty disappointed about this considering the price I paid. When I emailed the customer service about these problems and asked for a full refund they were accommodating with this request. We were able to keep the couch and I can figure out a solution to the piece breaking. That as well as the refund made me overall happy with the couch. If you order this couch and there is a problem talking with the customer service is more than willing to make sure youre happy with the end result! Buy it again.
