I was really impressed with packaging. All screws and washers were sealed and labeled. It was all there on a plastic coated card and easy to soo that it was all there.
The styrofoam that was sandwiched here and there was all contained in plastic bags. No broken styrofoam bits floating about. I just thought the packaging was quality.
Now... get to the bed frame. Piece of cake! Easy to assemble. They even sent a mini ratchet with an allen head on it. I have never seen one of those before and it worked great.
The directions were easy to follow.
