I wish there wouldve been more L/shaped tools in the package because no one can do it by themselves and they only give you one tool. The one tool was not well built so could only fit it in the notches using one end Not easy but I had a tool set that we could also use. Seems great for the money!
Broke in one month. How do I get a replacement for the board at the end of the top bunk The railing at the top bunk also busted when putting the top mattress on for the first time. We have it secure with zip ties. Not a good product.
Great bed, perfect for my 3 boys. Easy enough to put together, I paid someone to do it for me while I was wor, took less than 8 hours with 1 person. Only 2 issues of misaligned holes, easy enough to fix. Only issue is that with regular twin mattress, you get gapping. For the top this is an issue by the shelf area. I bought some mattress brackets and screwed them in. Easy fix. A twin xl mattress would not have this issue. Storage on stairs is great
I bought 2 of these bunk beds for my girls and absolutely love them! While assembling, I realized that there was a flaw in one of the steps on the ladder. I contacted the company, and a replacement ladder was shipped to me within a couple of days at no cost nor any hassle!
The bed was quite easy to assemble and came together Im a couple of hours. The parts and hardware are labeled well, and the instructions were clear. I live that there is ample space between the bottom and top for an average height person to sit comfortably without banging his/her head on the top bunk. And with no head or footboard, its airy and you dont feel locked in. It also makes it easy to get in and out on any side.
I would 100 recommend this bed and the company.
I read bunch of reviews good and bad about this bed. Decided to buy it. Guess what, it is a really good, sturdy bed. Whoever wrote a bed review probably rushed with the assembly. If you follow instructions there will be no problems. All parts are labeled. It will take you good 4 to 5 hours to assemble. It is not hard, but it just takes time to unpack,start, sort out parts, screw everything together. But it is not hard. Everything comes super secured and protected in 3 boxes. I had a slight scratch on one part, but the company sent a replacement in a few days. They were so nice about it. Rest assured if you run into any problems they will help you. I dont know what else to say good about this product. I am very satisfied with the purchase. It is sturdy, good built, beautiful loo bed.
My husband and I put these beds together in an easy Saturday afternoon (granted, he is good with following assembly instructions). The one critique I have for the assembly instructions is that it would tell you the steps to put one bed together, or to connnect one bed, etc. and you just have to repeat those same instructions for each bed. Which is fine but there is no indication in the instructions to continue with each one until all four are done, so we just had to figure that out. But excellent quality for the money!! I feel the beds are very sturdy and look forward to many years of use. Tip: be sure to take into account where the ceiling fan is in the room. I failed to do that and it was almost too close for comfort!
Bought this bed for my three boys and we are loving it! Good value for the price. It took about 3 hours for my husband and I to put together and based on reviews about the drawer between the bunks not fitting I put this in prior to adding anything for top bunks. This worked great!
If you buy this bunkbed, do yourself a favor and hire someone to put it together for you. Pay them whatever they ask. My husband is very handy, has made furniture, and assembled many. This bunkbed came with missing hardware. Get yourself a measuring tape with mm because you are going to need it. You will also need a drill. Some of the holes needed re/drilling. I dont think there are enough slats for the twin beds. They seem too separated. My husband is going to add more slats. Hes been wor on the bunkbed for 3 days now. I hope it holds up my 3 grandkids. The space between the two twin beds is very narrow. Its a nice loo piece of furniture. I just hope it holds up for the 6 months we need it for. Trust me, get a very handy handyman to help you out.

I really didnt want the full bed over the twins so we cut it down to a twin size. These are really nice beds!
