Very sturdy and squeak free. Love it especially being able to store stuff under the bed. Would have given a 5 star rating except: (1) package arrived with one end busted open and several broken ties; (2) the outer side of the 2 legs (not the headboard side) each arrived with a big 2 inch square scrape and scratch so deep almost to the thus was forced to buy a bed skirt to hide it; (3) the legs should been moved maybe 6 inches inward from the corner to preclude them from bumping and hitting ones toes.

I didnt give it 5 because the instructions were a bit unclear and the screw/holes for the headboards dont fit my very conventional head/board / and there are no holes drilled for the foot/board at all [I did know that going in but still disappointing]. Still, all in all, probably the best bed frame you can probably find without having one custom made and actually very nice loo in a minimalistic way [I decided I dont really need the foot/board after all]. The 14 height actually allows for 11.5 clearance underneath (allowing for both the elimination of a box/spring and room for storage underneath).
Im still on the fence about how I feel, because assembly was not nearly as easy as it should have been.
PROS:
Simple design, easy instruction, looks very clean, very durable, doesnt make any squea sounds.
CONS:
The was slightly warped on some pieces, so the bolts didnt match up, I spent a long time trying to screw a bolt in and eventually gave up because the didnt line up. So one part of the bed is missing a bolt, 2 other bolts are very stripped because there was no other way for me to line them up, probably wont be ta apart the bed frame ever because of that.
All in all it was way more frustrating to put together than it should have been, but it looks great and feels comfortable. 3.5/5 would be my rating
If you want a heavy duty frame, this is it. Simple to set up, all parts came neatly packaged, I did not have any scratched parts or damage as others have indicated. This does have mounting for a headboard bracket, but the holes are on the inside of the front legs, so it would require a custom bracket to match up to a headboard. I installed some foam tape between the headboard and the frame and zip tied it tight. No rattle or to contact.
