Great, sturdy bed! Wasnt bad to install, took a little while bc its just a lot to do, but not bad. The bed looks so nice and is great quality. I was shocked at how expensive this bed looks. My son loves it!!
My kids have had it for about month now and they love it!!! Easy to install. One little screw was missing but costumer service was very good. They shipped the missing part right away. The bed is very sturdy. If youre in the market for a bunk bed. This is definitely the best bang for your buck.
After reading other reviews of missing and damaged pieces, I made a point to carefully inspect and inventory each piece before beginning assembling the beds. Sure enough one of the bed rails was cracked. I called the manufacturer on a Tuesday and had the damaged piece replacement delivered on that Friday. Its a very nice bed for the price. Very sturdy. I would suggest plan ahead and not expect this thing to show up 100 ready to go only to have your kids sleeping on the floor while waiting for a part.
