I bought this for my daughter since she will be doing school remotely. Assembly was fine. Some of the pieces were lose in the package because some of the inside boxes had been damaged. The company reached out to me right away to see what they could do to amend the situation. I was very impressed with how fast they worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would order again from this company.
I got this chair in green and it looks much better in person than it does online! The velvet is super soft and the chair itself seems pretty comfortable. Its a desk chair so I didnt want the cushion to be too soft. I love that it has such a great range of height because I usually want to sit in different ways depending on what Im doing at my desk. It was incredibly easy to assemble, and it arrived much more quickly than originally estimated!
Edit: Little over a year later. Seat went flat, need to fold up a fluffy blanket to use without having back pain. Tried to use a kitchen seat cushion to help, but even that bit of offset misaligns with the the curves of the back of the seat and lead to severe back pain. So, fluffy blanket it is Im going to stick with it for as long as I can because it is perfect otherwise, can sit cross legged in it, cradles hips well, moves well on carpet and finding a decent office chair that is actual and not bonded leather is so hard.
At first I was worried the would be too rough but it wasnt. Working from home for 8/9 hours a day and it remains comfy. The arms fit well underneath the desk. It looks super cute, will go with almost every room and true to color as well. Assembly wasnt the easiest but got it together in the end, just up the arms and back together first, keep the screws loose and then put the seat in and go from there.
