When we finally got all of the pieces to assemble this sofa, it was a bit easier to assemble than we thought. The parts came in almost a week a part. Needless to say, it looks mostly as it is pictured. and the value for the comfort is definitely there!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a couch in a box (well, multiple boxes, I guess). It went together relatively easy. Quite ingenious really. Biggest disappointment was the low height of the back and some gaps between the parts that aren’t terribly attractive. It’s functional, works for the basement as intended, but it isn’t a showpiece. The design of it is exactly what we wanted and it has held up to dogs and a husband who loves to lay down. Unfortunately, he misses being able to recline - the back just isn’t high enough for him to comfortably lay back with his feet out. Instead, he lays down on it with a dog or two. It’s actually more like a bed when the ottomans are in place. Since the goal was to allow enough room for the dogs to snuggle with us while watching tv, it has at least allowed for that. Just would have preferred maybe a few more inches in the back.
Update after having it for over a year! Still going strong. It gets a butt divot in the longer, but I just take the cushion off and beat it back into shape and flip it. I also have to remove and fluff/pummel the back pillows on occasion, but the whole thing still looks good and very comfortable. We have used it for guests ti sleep on, as well, nada full size sheet fits the whole couch with back cushions removed.
For the price, this is a fantastic couch. We bought it to replace a wider, overstuffed couch. I was worried it would be too small for our family of 3 (plus dog and cat), but it’s actually much more functional and comfortable than our old, larger couch. My husband is 6 feet tall and our daughter is adult-sized. With the ottoman, we can all lounge comfortably together. My husband used to have to sit on another armchair in order for us all to watch a show together, but now we can sit together have that extra space back, as well!
The couch arrived in 3 boxes on two different days. We were able to unbox it and scotch guard it in pieces outside after the cushions had a couple hours to inflate. The assembly took less than 30 minutes with my 12-year-old and I working together.
We have had the couch about 3 weeks now and it is very comfortable. We adore it. The cushions are firm, but I like that and think it will make a great guest sleeping space post-pandemic. It’s handy to have the storage ottoman so the couch isn’t always strewn with blankets.
Obviously, I’m not certain how long it will last, but it seems sturdy, if light. I like that all the cushions Velcro down so they’re not slipping off the couch.
We added cat proofing plastic, that’s not part of the design.
Just received my couch and I can honestly say that I am in love with it. Looks so good in our apartment. Color is beautiful. Already took a nap on it, being that its so comfortable. Very happy!!

Seat depth (after complete assembly) is 21inches. Seller is really helpful and communicative if you have any issues or questions.
Im taking off 1 star because of how wrinkled the top 3 pillows (the ones for back support) are. They came vacuum sealed, and that process does add some wrinkles to the 3 top pillows, and its been 2 days already and the wrinkles have not smoothed out at all so idk if thats gonna last forever. My throw pillows cover them up pretty well so Im not super worried.
All in all, for $550? a total steal, and completely worth it and surprisingly well made, good-looking product.
One of the back sections was warped and required a replacement (which they gave me and I appreciate). It is so light weight that just sitting down makes it slide on the floor. Not comfortable and looks cheap. I would have returned but that would have been so difficult with so many large pieces.
I am super excited about buying this couch. I only put 4 stars because I have not had time to actually wear the couch in and see how it lasts, but all other aspects I am excited to review. I ordered this on May 10th, was given a estimated arrival of May 27th or so I think, and got it on May 14th. So needless to say I am very happy with shipping, I got all 3 boxes the same day, none were damaged, all pieces were here and fit correctly. This only took about 30-50 mins for myself to put together as I was working with a small space but it didnt take up too much room scattered everywhere. Everything seems clean, new, and sturdy. I was not able to add a picture at the moment.
Overall this so far has been %100 worth the money and I will buy from again.
