The couch was simple but still confusing on assembling but got it done . The quality of the couch is pretty decent an easy to clean . My only dislike would be the price its too high for this couch and the comfort of the couch . Lets just say when it comes to comfort this couch is not it . Its very hard but pillows are way more comfortable wish they used comfortable material for the couch itself.
After I finally got the couch together, it’s very comfortable and nice, but problems beforehand. The holes were drilled off the mark, one of them by almost an inch. I asked their customer service if they could replace one part, and showed them pictures. They kept asking me to show them more pictures, so I gave them pics of several angles. Then they wanted me to circle and mark the places where the problem is (smh). It was pretty obvious, but it seemed like they were playing dumb. Finally they told me, to get another person, to hold it, while I had to force the screws from an angle and make it work. Hard to explain here, but I eventually made it work, but it wasn’t easy. Also there was a little cover tarp thing that showed it the assembly pic, that I never got. I told them, and again they played dumb, and I didn’t want to go through the ordeal again, so I just accepted what I got. So if you don’t have bad luck, and the couch is properly made, it’s a 5 star couch for the money, otherwise…
Very easy to assemble and when I had a question about shipping the seller was quick to answer. The couch is very comfortable for the most part and it is a space saver with a way to still have 2 people sleep over

Seating and/or sleeping in our living room. Poor directions and no step by step instructions with pictures was included for 800.00 item.
