Difficult to disassemble. Thus, unable to return. However is kind enough to give it for free. But, Lastly, the chair is unbalanced. For whatever reason, it is tilted to the right side making it uncomfortable to sit on. I know is not the floor since the other chairs are not tilted like this.

It is comfortable and great to seat on it, the back is adjustable and moved smoothly, I love it so much! Actually, my friend came to my home this week on our party, sat on it, she said that it is perfect and so comfortable. I guess she would also want to buy one. I usually do a snap at the noon. Now I can sleep on my chair, wonderful! Ha ha! Oh, one thing to mention that it is so easy to assembly and I did all by my self within 30 min with very easy tool, which is packaged with chair, so you do not need to buy any tools before assembly.
