My only point is that while the chair looks good and feels good, it cant be tilted back so you start sliding up and cant relax which is the whole point in buying an expensive office chair. In the future, I will look for a chair that tilts back and relax more.
This was a gift for my daughter for her birthday. She said she likes it. But having only owned it a week, the jury is still out on long term use and effectiveness. She has to sit in it for many many hours at a time. Im incredibly happy with this purchase

The lower back portion of the chair is pretty firm and is otherwise uncomfortable for me, but may take some getting used to. It also sits a bit higher at its lowest point than Id like, but isnt a huge con. Today is my first full day sitting in the chair, so I cant speak for longevity but will update my review later.
11/30 Review Update: chair is no longer what it was cracked up to be. I noticed that it started to lean more and more forward over time, the lumbar adjustment never worked right, the material cracked and split almost immediately. Needless to say, it was replaced about two months after purchase. Far too expensive for only two months of use. Excellent customer service
It took me about less than 15 minutes to assemble all parts. The chair is very comfortable and I can adjust how firm the back support. The chair itself isnt as heavy as my old one so its easy to roll while sitting on it. Nice quality, easy too assemble, looks nice.
It only took me 15 minutes to install it. The chassis is very stable, the back of the chair can be adjusted at will, and the design is ergonomic. The base is thick and soft, and it is comfortable to sit on. Its can easy to move, I like it．Pretty good!
I bought one 2 months ago and that broke in weeks. Had to return it and it was really a hassle to return such a big item. I took more time and looked through different options, and found this. This took me even shorter time to assemble. The instruction manual is very easy to understand which makes everything so much more easier. Took me around 10 minutes to put it together because I put it together by myself. I was easily able to adjust the height, the tilting function and all of the functions it comes with. Padding is thick but not overwhelming, I think its perfect. Slides very easily and no issue with turning around and etc. I personally is really into the padding and smoothness of a chair, this had it all! I recommend this for anyone whos looking for a comfortable office chair. It looks amazing
This was by far the easiest chair to assembled out of all the chairs I bought online, very good quality leather and stitching, soft material, and great support. It also comes with a lower back adjustment, which was very useful and added extra support to my lower back. The manufacturer has incredible customer service. It's very comfy and I'm very happy!
