Easy to assemble. Painted the arms black and its a perfect fit for a guest room. Great for a suitcase or just sitting to put shoes on. Slightly firm but seems to be good quality~ good material
Pieces were missing in my items order. Thankfully I have extra screws on hand that did the job. When I went to ask for help said I had to return the item entirely ... after all the work of putting it together I was not going to box it back up for missing screws and bolts. Its unfortunate though. You pay for it and expect what the product offers. The chair itself is very nice. Keeping it because its already assembled but disappointed I wasnt given everything I needed to do it without using what I had.
Directions are a bit off and not very clear . Once you figure the first couple of steps set up goes pretty quick . Quality is awesome for the price . I ended up purchasing a couple more . Found similar chairs in retail stores for double the price . Im incredibly happy with this purchase
