I really appreciated the slats coming in two separate pieces making them easier to install rather than one large roll. The quiet feature of the Velcro on the slats is a great feature too. Its a beautiful velvet/like fabric.
Package came quick! Got within 3 business days of ordering. The instructions are all pictures, which worked great for me because I hate reading directions. The bed feels sturdy and doesnt make any noises. No damage that I could see. Queen bed fits right in top with no extra space. The height is perfect and the dark green velvet is just my favorite look.
I love my new bed frame! It came super early ! Came yesterday i order it less than a week like ill say 3days it came super early although they said March. yes yes yes love it!! It was so quick to put together ! Lol i threw my air bed on just to get a feel. THANK YOU
I ordered my bed on Friday and i got it wednesday morning . mind you i was expecting it ti arrive in two weeks . it came in one box . it took about an hour to assemble . its pretty straight forward . its very pretty . Sits very low but once you put your bed on it , it levels up . i definitely recommend it
The entire outer frame is wood components assembled with sturdy bolts and key steel inner components for strength and stability. Solidly built, assembles in a straightforward manner. Instructions are easy to follow. The hardware is well packaged for transit and not likely to get lost. Each bolt, washer etc is carefully packaged, with extra spare parts just in case. The cardboard carton was worn from transit but the components were well packed inside. Overall the integrity of the shipping box was much better than other products I have purchased from foreign vendors recently. The velour fabric has a wonderful appearance for the finished product. In final form it looks better than the display picture.
I liked the bed was eager I paid a couple guys to assemble it for me they took it out and told me it wasnt a king and my mattress wouldnt fit. I already had the mattress tried to swap it out but that got complicated so I contacted the seller as neither the instructions or bed confirms the size.
After going back and forth with the seller I had the guys come back and just assemble it to verify they took out the pieces and one was missing the rail.
I would suggest the bed but I had to return due to timing as I needed this asap and the missing piece. One of the slates woos was peeling not sure if that is something to be concerned about as I never had a platform bed
