Easy enough to assemble. Box you receive it in is pretty heavy, be sure to have someone to help. The fabric used on the bed its self look like burlap but softer ( very durable and strong fabric). It does not sit very high off the floor which I prefer. Has maybe 2-3 inches of clearance under the bed. All around great purchase for the price and good quality. Bed also does not move while you are on it.

The look of it is impressive. It was easy to put together. I came with some broken pieces. The headboard had a large hole busted into it. The delivery company must have tossed the box around a lot and they left it next to an abandoned building next to my house while it was pouring down rain instead of putting it on my covered porch.
