UPDATE: Logged in to see a message from the seller. Got a PDF version of the correct instructions and was able to assemble the bed. Looks good. Little shaky for me, but should be good for my young guests coming in June. Thank you for quickly responding. Changed the rating to 5/stars.
Im not sure how they confused twin loft with a twin over full assembly instructions, but this bed is effectively useless if I cant assemble it properly. Leaving a one/star review until I hear back from the seller. Purchased in good faith like others on here, hoping to have a nice guest room for my visitors. Very helpful.
I researched bunkbeds for a long time before choosing this one. This isnt something that you will put together in an hour, its going to take a while! All tools included, go slow, read the instructions, study the pictures and everything will go smoothly! My daughter and I put this together, there were a couple stressful moments, but we came out the other side with a standing bunkbed! Full cage around the top and lots of storage room under the bed! Very compact.
Nice bed. Squeaks a little, but the kids love it! Some parts were missing and customer service replaced everything without any grief. That means everything to me. Well made. It was just what I wanted.
We are extremely pleased with these bunk beds, very sturdy and look great however the instructions for putting these bunks together were extremely brief and no clear which meant we actually had to redo some steps as not completed correctly the first time. Once together correctly very sturdy and safe. Will be ordering more.
Was able to put this together in less than two hours. Very sturdy and quality bed. Be sure to make sure you dont tighten screws as directions states until all pieces are put together had to un tighten screws to put the last few pieces on. A little cricky (sound) when my daughter climbs on it but she loves it. Worth a buy.

Little man loves the top bunk!!

Got two of them for my kids rooms. They came in like 2/3 days, were pretty simple to put together and are super sturdy. Great deal! Very nice product!

Loud top bunk
The bed would be fine if it wasnt so loud getting into and out of.

Looks great but not super sturdy
The bed looks great but it is not super sturdy. I am not sure how much weight the top bunk would hold honestly. Very happy.
