First thing I like to mention is that I am very comfortable assembling things, and have more than enough experience with these things.
The instructions are very vague and confusing. Pictures are very small and there were some incorrectly marked parts.
Also, some of the screws were very thick for the intended area/purpose. I had more than 4 screws that stripped the wood before even tightening. Holes dont line up very well either. Doesnt assemble easily
Gorgeous and well-built Solid wood no partical board. Easy to assemble would advise having a spotter for the beams attaching the end frames. I used an impact drill for assembly wouldnt recommend using the little Allen wrench provided, at least use a ratchet screw driver or itll take awhile. About an hour and a half to assemble. My daughter is hype and I dont even have the mattress in yet. Would highly recommend
True to color. So comfortable. This bed is adorable. It is very sturdy and my picky daughter loves it. It has enough space underneath for some storage. The only drawbacks I have are: it is longer than the twin mattress we bought specifically for the bed. There is a gap at the foot that we stuffed pillows it. It is large enough that our daughter could fall through it if she were walking on the bed. It also took quite awhile for assembly. I would recommend it, but I wish they would have specified that it doesnt take a traditional twin mattress.
Great customer service My 4yo son loves loves loves his new house bed! I love the height of it. Lots of room under for all his bigger cars/trucks. Very easy to assemble, but it does require 2 people. It took me and my dad around 2.5 hours to build. Instructions were easy to follow, nothing missing, everything labeled. My only negative remark would be the attachment of the little ladder to the bed. Its not as secure as Id like and so my son bent it on day 1 trying to move it (thinking he could move it.) No big deal, easy fix. I recommend this for sure!
DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!My toddler was so excited for this big boy bed and he loves it but I am no longer going to let him have it. On multiple occasions now hes lost his balance near the bed and the part that looks like a fence has hurt him as he fell.
Great Seller Customer Service! The overall product is good but the labels are not correct. You might need to spend some time to figure out the correct assembly order.
I received the product damaged and its hard to drop off as i need a truck
