works great.I have to admit, Im really surprised at some of the negative reviews. Lots of complaints about the bed not being sturdy, squeaking, etc. We bought this bed in mid December, and have had no issues whatsoever. It doesnt squeak at all, in fact, it doesnt even MOVE, any time my husband or I have sat on the bed, laid on the bed, rolled over, or any other thing that can be done in the bed. The headboard is a great height, and theres plenty of room under the bed for storage bins. Nice neutral upholstery, strong frame. The only thing I would change if I could is that the legs are plastic, but I knew that before I bought the bed, and it certainly wasnt a deal breaker. My new mattress I bought in November cost more than this bed did. And I got my mattress at a great price. Very happy with this purchase.
Love it.this product is very well put together and looks way more expensive than it is! Great fabric and looks lovely in our room! Only bad thing is it is HEAVY! I lift frequently and needed to guys to help me get it up my stairs! Should have seen me struggle to move it myself from in front of my garage door when it was delivered.horrible! but not worth taking any stars away cause its good that it is heavy cause that makes it sturdy!
Save some money and buy this.Nice bed frame love the way it came with all the pieces zipped into the headboard. Pretty easy to build we had one piece that was a little bent but other than that it was fine. The only other complaint I have is all of the wood slat pieces for the platform section could have been sanded better there was a lot of splinters. But other than that nice frame easy assembly for two people to do and it is very sturdy once its all together.
Easy directions.So, this bed looks great once together, however the instructions provided did not match the pieces we received. Fortunately my husband is handy and was able to figure out that the assembly was just different and the manual was out of date. So after a few upsetting minutes where we thought something was missing, all was well!
Just beware that you may have to be smarter than the instructions! Otherwise a good purchase and nice piece for our guest room!
Excellent product!The product came with a rip in it (see picture). I was pretty displeased with that but the bed is good otherwise. Definitely not much space under it but I like the height of the bed so I think its a good trade off it you dont need the space. Look a bit to put together but I did it myself and the directions were very clear (a screwdriver is needed that is not included to that delayed be since I didnt bring one with me when I moved). For the price Id say its worth it but the risk of it being ripped would make me nervous to fully recommend.
Very nice.I read several reviews. Some just like this one claimed they found bed bugs in the fabric so I chose this bed frame instead. Super cute but was shocked to see ever part of the frame comes stored in the head board! But not a big deal. Easily put together. Daughter loves it

Center support part failed (hardware fell through the wood) and is no longer connected to the rails. I called customer service listed on and talked to Gail who was extremely helpful. She is submitting an order for replacement.
August 2021 update
I purchased this bed in November 2020, as you can see from my review below, I really enjoy the bed. Recently one of the bed legs has come undone and is not able to be screwed back on. I contacted customer service on July 29th regarding a replacement leg considering this bed is less than 1 year old and have yet to hear back. The leg is critical to the structure of the bed as its located in the middle of the bed and is what helps support the slabs underneath. Photos and proof of purchase/order number were all sent to the company to make it easier to obtain a replacement leg. Will update review on customer service if I hear back.

Package came very well packed, no broken or missing pieces. I assembled this myself, and the bolts on headboard were the only things that gave me some trouble. Very sturdy, good looking bed. There is some space for storage underneath that could fit smaller plastic storage bins.
Make sure you double check the heightGoing on two years with this product and am very disappointed. I bought the king size and it has not held up well at all. Multiple of the support wooden boards have broken over time, cracked right in half and the bed sagged a little until I had to replace them. Also the fabric at the bottom of the bed has started to rip and looks terrible. Overall Im disappointed in how this has held up over the last few years.
