I bought this bed for my almost 2 year old, thinking she will grow into it. I love the color!! I didnt realize just how big and bulky this bed is. The thing I dont like about it is how high it is. I'm 5' 3 and need a stool to get up on the bed. The bed is somewhat rickety. I believe this is caused by the mattress slats not really all being the same length. Like other reviews said, the build was tedious. The instructions were confusing and some things were not properly labeled like the tracks for the drawers. The set up took about 5 hours total, so dont start this project at 5pm if you have a little one with an 8 o'clock bed time. A good 1/4 of our boards came warped. Which added some extra barriers. All in all this is a decent bed, but I'm not as in love with it after seeing how high it is.
So far I been using it for 2 weeks. Its very hard to pull out the bottom base to then set on top another mattress. The base board it has separate panel to hold the weight of mattress and person. These panel are not good to touch has so many Splints and it difficult to even touch it or Relied your mattress be okay from having some too.
What I like is very lite to move around the room when cleaning. What I dont like it should have a stopper at the front or above the draw from mattress to non-slip out.
This daybed does not work for Twin XL mattresses and thus does not extend to King size, but it does fit a Twin mattress or when extended two Twin size mattresses perfectly. The build was very easy and straight forward. It feels solid and comfortable. The slide extension is really nice. If you are looking for a daybed, this is structurally a good choice.
Took me 5 hours to assemble with only picture instructions. Not to bad. Got it because it converts to a king for company. Drawers are not good and dowel holes were split. Had to use glue and clamps to reinforce. After assemble the drawers will not pull out. Semi sturdy. Could feel it shake when turning over. Cheap, ok value, will meet my needs.
Daybed was moderately difficult to assemble. Took about 3 hours to put all together. The instructions were fairly easy to read and understand. There was 1 piece of the daybed that the holes were not drilled correctly, but other than that assemble was seamless. The drawers do stick when pulling them out.
Even though the description says it is a full sized daybed that pulls out to a king size, this is INACCURATE. When it is not extended, the daybed is much too large for a twin sized mattress (about 10 inches of exposed bed frame), and much too small for a full sized mattress (10 inches of mattress hanging off). Therefore, we ended up having to use 2 twins laying vertically, even though there is about a 6-8 inch gap on either side between the mattress and arm of the daybed.
Would not recommend this.
The instructions were clear and easily understood. You'll have to drill some holes because they aren't pre-drilled. I also had to go buy screws, because I was shorted over 8 wood screws.
Well for the price point it's an alright bed. Not the greatest quality. Instructions weren't very clear at times. It's just a bed for game room so I aing too mad about it being so cheap built.
I was looking daybed for a long time and decided to buy this one with good review, it is easy install , I only spent one hour to assemble everything, wood quality is very good and solid. It is light weight and easily move around room to room.

Not what I had in mind
The 2 drawers are completely wobbly as it has only one main trail to guide it, which makes it not fit properly. I do not recommend
The good. The bad and the ugly

Drawers aren't functional

Decent price
Difficult assembly and be very careful, alot of the pieces are quite easy to break. Once put together it IS sturdy, and quite nice.
Have a Drill ready for assembly
