Better than expected.While this couch is on the firmer side, I absolutely love it. It was easy to assemble just by myself and its incredibly soft, not to mention sturdy. I can lay flat on it and I am 58. Its absolutely perfect for my small space and definitely worth the money. It arrived at my doorstep within two days of me ordering it. Nothing was damaged or missing so Im extremely happy with my purchase!
This was a nightmare to assemble.This thing is hard as a rock! And I mean it. Love the color of the Sage velvet, the look is nice, the hardness not so much. Its not even comfortable to sit on as a couch much less to sleep on. Also has a really weird bad smell. Like poopy hay or something slightly funky. Kinda like cardboard smells sometimes or dollar store tissue paper for gift bags. Weve been hoping that it would dissipate and it has somewhat but not fully.
Works greatI bought this futon because it is stylish as well as affordable for my office. I mainly bought it because my dog likes to sit behind me while I work so I figured she needed something a little cute but also for me, affordable! Ive actually taken naps on this couch which have been great and have had company over and slept on this futon as well. The comfort level for sleeping wasnt superior, but it is a great futon overall for the price and what it truly is. Its not a memory foam bed or anything, its a futon overall. But the set up was so easy and it looks really great in my office. You can really decorate this with anything youd like! I highly recommend this out of many futons on because of the great reviews and I know the colors vary in price but I bought this one for under 350 and I would do it all over again!
Just as seen in the picture!!! I LOVE this couch. Defiantly need two people to assemble. Its sturdy and has hidden legs that pop out when you make it into a bed. For the price, its unbeatable. Its firm at first, and then as you sit on it, forms to you, because its memory foam and all.

The look of the couch is perfect for what I wanted. If youre looking for something at a reasonable price that people are not going to be slamming down on or moving a lot, I think this would be a good purchase.
Good!!Bought the blue color, lighter than it appeared in the pictures but gorgeous and actually works better w/ my current living room situation. Velvet is very nice, easy to set up (took me about 30 min alone) although a bit clunky just getting all the items out of the box. Have already slept on it and its comfortable enough but very firm so if you are expecting a cushy memory foam type of feel, its not there (yet). You cant put weight on the lay/back part since there is no support underneath, you will need to put something there if you want to use it as a true double mattress. But it does what I wanted, and its pretty. So far, so good.

Good,We purchased this futon for our den so that we would have a place for guests to sleep. It is very soft fabric and is a beautiful color. I love the firmness of the sofa, though my son says its too hard for him. The sofa itself is working out great, but it was the delivery that made me take a star off. We had confirmation of the date for delivery and my husband took off work. When the sofa didnt come, we called the delivery people. They had the nerve to send an email saying the client changed the date of delivery! I then called directly. The woman was helpful but basically tracked our sofa to another company that didnt get the sofa to the company that delivers it to us in time. As I was talking to the lady, another email popped up saying that we requested a different time. I think that them trying to blame us made me the most mad when we were sitting at home trying to figure it out! It did come the next day but the guy came, dropped it off outside and took off! He didnt even bring it in the front door! Love the sofa but dont know if it was worth the hassle of such a terrible delivery!

Sofas a little hard
Satisfied.I love my new couch! It is even cuter in person. It is a little stiff but thats my preference so I think its quite comfortable.
