    Met expectations so far.

Beautiful piece! Some pieces were scratched and some screws did not fit right. We had to modify but nothing major. Caveat for owners of light haired dogs! We constantly have to dust our chihuahas white hair because it shows up so easily! I hadnt thought about that! Omg buy this you wont be sorry

Looks great and instructions made assembly very easy. Time consuming, but easy. Looks wonderful and is made with solid wood, not particle board. Easy to set up, looks nice

This bed is a great addition to our house

This bed is a great addition to our house. It came nicely packaged together in each building section so we didnt have to take all the boxes apart to find pieces. The instructions were pretty good to read and follow, just a few confusing parts during the steps. Also, the installation of the steps to connect them to the bunk bed itself was very tricky and required a 3rd hand. The majority of building this bed was done with a max of 2 people. Also, the trundle part of the bed requires a specific sized mattress. Exceeded my expectation on quality

Great quality, Kids love it, Strong smell after assembly

The quality of this bed is really good. It is very heavy so perfect for my 6yr old twin girls. The assembly of the bed was a lot of work. It took the man doing the assembly 5+ hours to put together (will write my review on the bed assembly service) and we were glad that we paid the extra money to have someone come in and put it together.. The bed is very large so it takes up a good portion of their room. I did the measurements but using a tape measure and having the actual bed in the room is very different. We moved around some furniture and it looks a lot better.. I took off one star due to the odor of the bed. When I was reading the reviews I didnt see anything on the odor so wanted to be sure to include that in mine. Their is strong chemical odor emanating from the bed. We closed off their room for a few days now with all windows open trying to get rid of the smell and still pretty strong. I really hope it doesnt last long because the girls really want to sleep in their new bed but until the smell is gone I dont want them inhaling those fumes. Is there anyone who had this problem or someone from the company who can tell me if and when this odor will dissipate?. Easy to assemble! So luxurious!

beautiful and study, with lots of storage

This bunk bed is beautiful, made of solid wood, and very sturdy. The storage drawers are huge and means that you can get away without a dresser if you have a closet in the room. This is especially true if you add 6 organizing cubes to the side shelves. Yes, it does take time to put together, but can easily be done with basic tools and some patience. I price checked and comparison shopped online and in other stores, and similar models are easily going for $1400. It may seem like a lot for bunk bed, but its totally worth it if you are thinking of the long term, since even adults can easily fit on the bottom bunk. ... exactly as it shows in the picture and the best..

    Worth every penny!!

We bought this bed directly from sellers and we LOVE it!!! The order arrived in 6 double boxed boxes and inside everything was individually labeled. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. I would recommend 2 people because it does take a while to assemble. The drawers are spacious and the stairs have non slip strips on them. Definitely worth the purchase!!! And did I mention shipping was fast!! We ordered this on a Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. We purchased an 8 in for the top bunk but it didnt fit in the trundle so be mindful you will need a 6 in when you start looking for mattresses. Look Great Reasonably Priced

    Very pleased

Extremely well constructed piece of furniture and probably the best instructions I have ever seen. Very pleased with this purchase. The beds took about three hours to put together and I did it mostly by myself. The stairs took just as long if not longer. Some of the pieces in the stairs were a little scuffed up but it turns out they were all internal pieces. The only down side is all of the connections, including the screw heads, are exposed which seems like something that could be easily fixed but from the picture we knew this prior to purchasing. All in all though great value for a REAL all natural wood piece of furniture. Beautiful product, excellent customer service

Great quality - could be assembled without professional help but easier with 2 people

The wood is solid not particle board. We were planning on getting a similar bed from Pottery Barn Kids for 3x the price. But the PB Kids one was not solid wood. It took several hours to put together and went faster with 2 people. Came together nicely and looks beautiful put together. An electric screwdriver is useful for some parts of the assembly as they are not pre-drilled holes, especially for the drawers. This purchase says, I know what Im doing.

    Sturdy, strong, good quality

This is a great quality bed, very sturdy and beautifully made. When it arrived it is overwhelming to assemble the pieces. There were maybe 2 screws missing but otherwise everything came. The stairs works perfectly for my 4 year old who isnt comfortable with ladders. This is a great solution for younger kids. The extra storage in drawers is also very nice and holds a lot more than I thought. Definitely happy with the quality of the bed. Ok. Good price.
