After we received it one piece was damaged in shipping. Called and a replacement piece was sent right out. Customer service was excellent. After this we ordered 3 more items from Shore. love love it
The head board is not attached to the bed itself. Also, the drawer knobs are sharp and stick out pretty far, I did not put them on out of fear my granddaughter would fall and cut herself is she fell out of bed or with just general play. overall sturdy and she loves it
This was actually pretty easy to assemble. I was nervous after reading other reviews. All parts were included and instructions were easy to understand. It took about 3 hours doing it by myself. It arrived in 2 separate boxes, Undamaged. Once together it is very sturdy. Would definitely recommend. its perfect for my needs
Took a few hours for my husband to assemble but not much harder than IKEA furniture. The bed is sturdy and I love how theres a hole for a wire to come through for an alarm clock or charger in the bookcase. I just wish the drawers extended deeper into the bed and utilized all the under bed storage.
I also dislike the knobs because the corners are sharp and can cut someones foot. The knobs are also hard to replace because there are two screws and the width is very specific and not a common knob to replace. I would have to drill new holes, fill the old holes and repaint in order to replace it with something safer. its pretty sturdy
This bed is good value for the money. The wood is good quality but every drawer has gaps. I bought the matching nightstand and dresser, they have the same issue.
My 10 year old loves this bed! It looks great, feels sturdy and arrived well ahead of its scheduled delivery. Some say the drawer knobs can be sharp. Being older this doesnt effect her and her blanket hangs over them actually. I think for younger children, this might be problematic but I think they can be switched out if needed. Extra storage bed offers is great. Was a great birthday gift fir her. you really do get what you pay for.

Went together easier than I though

Very disappointed in product and Terrible quality.and Made of sawdust and glue which are completely falling apart.
