This was a pain to put together, (much worse than Ikea furniture) but all in all, seems to be holding up ok.
Update on my review after a year: paint has cracked and peeled in some areas. We got white, so not a huge deal to touch up though Well made and comfy!
Very sturdy really nice looking. Fairly easy to put together. Would recommmend using a drill with a hex bit instead of the little Allen wrench they send you. it is the best
Im satisfied for the price. It wasnt hard to put together. Of course its a two person job. Solid wood some pieces have stickers on them that Ill have to use GooGone to take off. Aside from that my boys are excited about their new bunk beds. 2nd day of having it. Will update if anything changes No complaints, really happy
We love this bed! My 5yo got it for her birthday and she was so excited. Relatively easy to put together / I did it myself in a couple of hours, and only needed my husbands help to lift one bed onto the other. We had one hardware issue (a stripped screen that didnt work with the locking bolt) and I plan to see if they can send me another one, but it doesnt affect it for now. Very sturdy and heavy / doesnt sway or move at all when my kids play on it. We cut a piece of plywood to go over the slats on the bottom bunk because we got a memory foam mattress and it works great. I could see how it may be a tight fit to put a box spring and mattress on the bottom, so I definitely dont recommend that, but we all have plenty of room to sit on the bottom bunk just fine. We also didnt have any issues with cracks or imperfections in the wood, as I saw on other reviews. Overall, so happy with this purchase! simple yet awesome design
