Bought this for my son who games everyday. He likes the chair so far, his only complaint is that it needs more seat cushion. At the time of this review he hasnt used the messager so I cannot comment on the entire functionality of the chair. Very pleased!!!!

This was purchased for my oldest teen for her desk..she uses it for countless hours of gaming, digital art and photo editing. Id say she practically lives in this chair and says its super comfy especially with the pull out leg support. Excellent buy!
Really comfortable for extended periods. Only issue is after a few days it started squeaking. Probably just needs bigger washers to make that stop. The leg rest is useless. More like a reak for you calves. Would of been 5 starts if it wasnt for that fact. Back rest sits cockeye as well because the bolt holes didnt get drilled correct. Fixed it with some self tappers. We absolutely love this!!!!
This is my first gaming chair and i love it. The only issue i have is the arm rest!!! No matter how many times you tighten it, its still loose and annoying if youre fine with a wobbly arm rest then hey this is for you Made very cheap
The cushioning is lacking. You can feel that they used a full metal frame throughout the backrest and even the butt cushion. You can feel the metal bars through the cushioning. I am 220 lbs 59 and a swimmer so i have a bit of a wider body size than most people and I struggle to feel comfortable. I feel confined near the sides. These are just first impressions after a quick 30 min. assembly. I will update with more feedback after a bit more use but I am thinking about returning it as it didnt really live up to my expectations.
Update: is, raising review to 3 stars. The chair is comfortable enough when you are sitting properly. I tend to put my butt further down the seat. However, i do think that the cushioning on the butt needs reinforcements. Quality needs to improve
Chair purchased for my 11 year old son. He really likes the chair, and it appears comfortable. Only issues were that a small piece of the fabric was ripped, and a plastic covering piece on the side of the chair was cracked. Very comfortable.
Had a minor issue with the lumbar pillow. Team was immediately responsive in addressing my concerns and replaced pillow quickly. Were using this as a desk chair in our daughters room. Very comfortable. A great chair for the price. Very well made
